"Great staff. Room was modern and clean. The mattress was terrible though - I could feel the springs. The spa and pool were good, and the gym was surprisingly good. The grounds were pretty."

"The bedroom was furnished to a very high standard as was the interior of this beautiful historic building. The staff were friendly and the garden is beautiful. It was a very nice English experience in a pretty part of the world."

"It was very quiet so peaceful . The staff were attentive .
Just needed a little revamp with the painting . Couple of sash windows need attention - wood rotting.
Good breakfast .

Food was poor particularly breakfast
Some members of staff were excellent but others somewhat unhelpful
Parking was good
Toilet facilities in the pub were dirty"

"Had a lovely stay, we were disappointed we didn’t have more time there to explore the grounds and surrounding area.
The staff were very helpful always had a smile
