He appeared to be making up rules, telling us our children were only allowed 40 minutes in the pool, whereas the day before another staff member had confirmed there were no such restrictions. Hotel itself was ok, the security guy pal was awful rude and very intimidating Would put me off staying at the hotel again We complained about this to hotel manager she did eventually sort out issue but pal the security guy still would not apologise for his actions

Doubletree by Hilton Coventry
Had a fantastic stay at the hotel, really enjoyed it and the location. One thing I would say is they need to keep an eye out for when people want a drink at the bar, often stood endlessly waiting for staff to appear.
