"Location was perfect for us, street was calm only thing was the trains we heard but we just thought that was charming. Building and room was very clean and nice. It was easy to find oarking for the car to full day after we looked a little bit. Would stay here again if I visit Chicago!"

"Great location. Clean (very clean) and comfortable apartments with everything you need. Cons: soundproofing from the city center is weak, all sounds are heard quite well. In terms of price per room ratio - a super option. I will book next time, and I recommend it to everyone."

"We stayed here for 2 nights (on non Cub game days). The location is the best part about this spot. We stayed in the bunk room. The pros: beds were comfortable, room and shared bathroom was clean, enough space for 2 people for a short stay. Amazing location. We would recommend that a garbage can is added to the room as well as wash clothes. Also the door to our room squeaks and needs some WD40. The AC in our room didn’t work so we bought a fan and opened the window. I communicated this with the...

"Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable."

"I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "
