"Répond aux attentes. Il faut bien comprendre que ce n’est pas un hôtel et donc, qu’il n’y a pas les services habituellement offerts dans ceux-ci. Mais c’est peu cher, très bien situé (le quartier a été pour nous un coup de cœur) et les chambres sont correctes et propres. Le seul gros bémol pour nous a été le grande manque de propreté de la cuisine commune. Les gens ne lavent pas leur vaisselle et laisse la cuisine complètement sale. Cela devrait être davantage surveillé."

"Clean but is student housing during the school months. Very clean close to most major attractions. No ac and windows on the ground level hardly open so during hot days expect it to be toasty. Since it is student housing at night the courtyard can be heard with the voices of some students or guests."
