"Perfectly clean room and a comfortable bed. The pub next door was excellent. Communication with the owner before arrival was non existent and I had to call repeatedly to receive check-in details, despite having sent a message via expedia chat a couple of days beforehand. However, information did come through eventually. As it is a self check in/out I had no contact with any staff members."

"My nephew and I had to relocate our hotel from the Premier at the last minute due to a change in the date of the Leicester City game, so we booked into the Bell Gate House. Having seen some reviews, we weren't expecting a great deal, just somewhere to sleep. The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. Floor-space in the room was significantly compromised by a dismantled wooden bed-frame cluttering up the room.
