"Staff was incredible. We enjoyed the breakfast. They have hot items and a lot to choose from. There was some road noise as we were on the side by the road. This might be an issue if you are a light sleeper."

"We made a reservation at this hotel through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, due to an unpredictable highway closure, it was physically impossible for us to reach the property. We called hotels.com immediately to explain the situation. According to the representative there was not a manager on duty but according to the manager when called as soon as we could, they could have made an accommodation. but the hotel management completely refused to offer a refund, a partial refund, or even a credit for a future stay. To make matters worse, the hotel was 100% booked that night. They almost certainly resold our room to someone else—meaning they pocketed our money and took payment from a second guest for the exact same room. I understand hotels have cancellation policies, but exceptional and dangerous circumstances (like a closed highway) warrant basic human decency and flexibility. Taking a double payment while hiding behind "policy" is greedy and exploitative."

Worse yet, Hotels.com would not assist in getting me a refund (we checked in but did not stay) and we’ve been using H religiously for over 20 years. Even achieved GOLD status one year and they chose to support the motel mgr rather than me."

"This property is dated. If you're wanting something fancy, this is not the place. If you just want somewhere to lay your head to get some sleep.... this probably would work. Our air conditioner gave off a musty smell, the room would get too warm and then cold but warm right back up when the air conditioner wasn't running. The bathroom was clean, but like I mentioned, it's very dated."
