No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition.

"First time stay, had a one night stay for a 30th birthday in Geelong.
For the one night, room and the amenities were clean and spotless, a peaceful and quiet room as well. Also Breakfast was very nice too.
Didn’t get to see or use the whole facilities available, but I would again if I needed to stay in Geelong next time."

"A disaster.
1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise.
2. Room not very clean.
3. Next door room, partying all night.
4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests.
The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."
