"If you have a vehicle you will be ok otherwise I do not recommend. It is extremely difficult to get Uber to that location compared to if you’re staying in the city center. The property has two secured gates which you have to message the owner to open for you to leave the premises and re-enter which is very inconvenient. The complimentary wine however was a nice touch. On the day of arrival, while we were downstairs for dinner after a long flight, the staff entered the room for turn-down service — and 1000 Rand went missing from my bag. Instead of taking the matter seriously, management simply offered me a drink as compensation, which felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the situation. To add to this, the air conditioning in the room was...
