"The house is probably fine if you stay there in the summer, but we stayed 14-18th November 2025. The house is freezing cold and to further 'improve' the experience, the company that rents the house have decided to limit the temperature the thermostat can be turned up to. In addition all the bedroom radiator valves have been jammed. So the house is cold and your ability to turn up the heating limited by the owner. "Very well appointed"

"Beautiful little cottage in a lovely village with excellent pub/restaurant. Great hosts too! Perfect for 2 days."

"Stephen (the host) was great! Very friendly and welcoming! The room was very cosy, clean, and well equipt. Unfortunately, due to busy work, I was unable to explore the grounds, but I imagine they were lovely. 100% would stay again if working in the area."

"We absolutely loved every thing about our stay at bee hive! The perfect place to meet up with very good friends. The hot tub was great fun, food on site delicious- we adored the calm quiet atmosphere and gorgeous view from our veranda. The entire place was so clean too..! Could not fault a thing!"

"Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊"

"Lovely property. Very clean & staff were very helpful. Wood fired hot tub maybe not ideal & you have to buy your own wood after night one (b&m much cheaper than buying it there). But was good it was lit & warmed up for us on arrival. A very enjoyable stay, although we left a lot of food & drink in the fridge & we were almost home by the time we realised 😞"

"Very enjoyable stay thank you. Perfect base for our little family. Private, secluded, quiet and close to Greetham. The accommodation was excellent and above our expectations. The hosts ensured we had everything we required and were able to make recommendations to the local area. Mark and team were able to answer questions and were at contactable when needed. We will consider this location for our camping trips now. We will return. Thanks again"

"Very Clean and tidy, highly recomend"
