Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches. The staff was understanding and apologetic. We booked through 3rd part so they really couldn’t do anything. Place...

"Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection. Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. Staff was amazing with the personal keys to the castle feel "

"We had some issues checking in, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly resolving the issue. My only complaint is the gym, which is tiny and where much of the equipment was damaged or not working at all. But that's an easy thing to fix, and overall we had a great experience."
