"It was ok"

"As of May 2026, this place is undergoing some much needed TLC. Rolls of carpet and padding were in the exterior corridors. All guests are being booked in one general area. Elgenius was extremely concerned when I reported a non working refrigerator. We were relieved when we realized it was not plugged in. There were unopened, warm, boxed pizzas in the refrigerator. This shows the cleaning staff did not notice there were items in the refrigerator and that it was not cooling. The room was clean...

"The woman who checked us in was very kind. We travelled with three children all day and tried to make it to the hotel in time to swim. When we got there we only had a half hour but she kept it open a little longer just so the kids could swim. She was a life saver!"

"The staff were personable, friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and ready for guests. There was a Keurig coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Also, everything was clean, neat and ready for guests."

"I drive a straight truck and needed to book a room on an overnight trip so I booked this property and was rudely awakened by the manager Harry pounding on my door early early morning demanding that I move my truck immediately. This guy was yelling at me like I ran his dog over or something. When I got to the parking lot it was empty barely 6 cars in the 100 parking spaces and I was using 3 spaces which meant there were still 90+ open spots. What makes it worse is I have stayed at this property...

"Clean and efficient"

"The room was clean and updated. I don’t care that the hallways are outdated, I don’t sleep there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and maintained where I needed it. The staff were so friendly. Mark at the front desk is my new best friend and the other staff were also kind. I would stay here again happily."
