"Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options."

"The hotel was in the shopping area and 5 min walk to Duomo. Great area and room was nice. The only thing I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t close all the way and light was coming in. "

"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10"

"Gran lugar! Super ubicado, los anfitriones super atentos, caminando llegas a il Duomo y muchos puntos turísticos. Cerca hay estaciones para tomar transporte, hay muchas opciones de comer o cenar por ahí cerca. Sobre todo la atención ha sido increíble, es como estar en casa."

"This is a beautifully decorated modern hotel situated in an ideal location for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the Dyson hair dryer. There was a great and varied breakfast buffet. The staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again!"

"Excellent room (8) in a brilliant location, right next to the Duomo and other attractions in central Milan. Our host, Paulo, gets a special mention for always giving us his attention and assistance during our stay and also before we arrived by WhatsApp which was very reassuring. The room was comfortable, very clean, and bright. Highly recommended."

BUT it is a strange 'hotel' situated in a strange office building with a work space, gym available to local residents and a restaurant that closes the kitchen at 7:30pm. To get to your room, you need to go through the gym, work spaces, restaurant and go up one flight of stairs with your luggage (the elevator isnt working).
