"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness was so poor that we didn't even want to take our shoes off inside. The entire place smelled old and stale, making it feel anything but comfortable or relaxing. There were plumbing issues with our room the bath tub did not drain when my son had a shower and the toilet was not working properly. "We had a microwave, coffee maker, cups ,wine glasses. We had just a basic room so everything was adequate for our needs. "

"The motel was just across the lake where the water park is. The location was the most attractive point of our stay! The cleanliness is not the strongest feature of the motel, but there was a kitchen and where to sleep, so we didn’t care much for the room itself. "Excellent location right across the beach from Skaha Lake. Having a kitchen was extremely helpful for our family so we didn’t need to eat out every night. Staff were kind and eager to help- one of our teenagers broke a glass when we were out for the evening, and a staff member came immediately to vacuum and clean up the glass, which we were so thankful for."

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely compound and cannot recommend it enough.The outdoor pool area is fantastic—large, crystal clean, fully fenced for safety, and surrounded by a beautiful patio that is perfect for relaxing. "The bedrooms depicted in the online photos do not match the actual rooms. The rooms appear to be inadequately cleaned, and some doors are missing or do not close correctly. The place struck us as unsafe, and the rooms on the ground floor didn't have locks on the windows. We ended up just packing our bags and leaving to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Losing the cost of the room was a minor trade off. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone."
