"Es war alles wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich bekam ein unerwartetes Upgrade und das Apartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie komfortabel . Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt und kurze Fußwege zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich komme gern wieder. "

"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"Sensationell gutes Hotel, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Angestellte, schon die ersten Kontakte per Mail waren top. Große, sehr saubere Zimmer, extrem Hunde-freundlich (vorher die Regelungen checken!) und leckeres, umfangreiches Frühstück. Der Blick auf Verona ist alleine schon jeden Preis wert, auch darüber hinaus verfügt das 2013 renovierte und eröffnete Hotel über modernen Komfort bei gleichzeitig alter, herrschaftlicher Kulisse. "The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great "

"Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. "
