"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. "This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. "Our room was adequate, however the bathroom sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain, with dirt and hair coming up from the pipe. We had to ask the staff to sort it twice before it was actioned. The bins weren’t emptied for the three days that we stayed there. On the plus side we ate in the restaurant and the food was plentiful and tasted great. The hotel is in a great location situated right opposite the railway station with regular trains into Zirmatt."
