"It’s an older motel, but well maintained. The room was large, but the bathroom was a little cramped. Didn’t interact with staff except briefly at checkin, and it wasn’t as smooth as some. Didn’t try breakfast, but the lobby is very small so I can’t imagine the breakfast was great."

"Staff were really helpful and friendly. The building is clean and beds are soft and new. I just wish the breakfast had more to offer, it was hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt which is fine. I was hoping for hot food but it was enough to fill our bellies, and the breakfast area was open and spacious and very clean. I would stay here again."

"I had a beautiful experience at this hotel. When you enter the lobby you are met by a lovely fragrance (I would love to know what they use!) which is fresh and inviting. (I currently have perfume intolerance and I loved it. The staff are welcoming but not overbearing. Just the right amount of friendliness so you don’t feel bothered when you come in. The hotel hallway and room was immaculate. Very comfortable beds. I would only suggest a variety of pillows for those who don’t prefer down...

"The hotel is okay. The room freshener that they spray is awful. The floors are dirty. Whoever stayed in the room before us had used the ice bucket lid as their dinner plate. It was nasty."

"My only complaint was that I checked in around 8pm and after being in my room for a while, being extremely surprised the toilet and floor were covered in dried up urine. It was late, I cleaned it myself. But that fact the cleaning person didn't check the most unsanitary part of the bathroom is stunning. The rest of the room was immaculate."

"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"We had a fabulous time during our stay at Bluebird Ocean Point Inn. Our room was lovely, a perfect size for the two of us and had the best water pressure in the shower. The view from the patio was beautiful. We also really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at the water's edge. It rained heavily one night and we awoke to quite a puddle around much of the cabin. General Manager Jim and Chef Oscar came to the rescue, bringing planks and a lot of laughs about our "duck pond". "We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! "It was an amazing experience, breakfast was spot on, hotel room is clean, the ocean view was perfect. Being in the woods gives it that real get away, relaxed feeling. We went out on the canoe that they have for free and spent all morning seeing wildlife and sightseeing. We will definitely be coming back."

"Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets."
