"This is an older property that has been well cared for. The check-in was smooth, parking abundant, grounds clean and rooms were comfortable and in great shape for the age of this hotel. Breakfast was well stocked with fruit, cereal, bagels/muffins and the coffee was on point. Impressed with the noticeable updates and how they kept them within the hotel aged decor scope - well done! "Abby and all the staff were all so helpful and welcoming! The Newagen Seaside Inn is so picturesque! We only spent one night there but wished we could have spent a week. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the Tuesday evening lobster dinner was a great experience! Wished we lived closer! It was hands down the best place we stayed during our trip to New England!"

"We were visiting the New England area for our vacation this summer and stopped in Freeport for the 4th, driving to Portland for fireworks. We thought this Inn looked charming and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed the pool area in particular. I think the adult's would have liked to enjoy the sitting room (parlor?) more, but we ran out of time."
