"Very helpful staff and great food."

"Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! "

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."

"The breakfast was really great, everything was fresh, there was plenty of choice and it tasted delicious. The room was very nice and the coffee was excellent. The terrace down by the water is definitely the highlight, it feels like a truly special place on Lake Como. The restaurant is amazing as well, the pizza is on another level and the angioletti with Nutella for dessert were incredible."

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience here! Everything was perfect! It was peaceful, good restaurant close by, the free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Most of all our host Laura was fantastic! She communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend this place and will certainly come back here!"

"An amazing hotel right on the lake , we had the lake vside room and it didnt disappoint. the hotel was fantastic, we had a free parking spot, close to the ferry depot where lots of ferries stopped. Food at the hotel was very good, other restaurants availaible outside too. the cable car to the top was within walking distance with amazing views and nice walks around the village. the staff at the hotel were brillina, very helpful and lovely. "Very welcoming with the warmness of a great bed and breakfast. The views are spectacular and so peaceful. Mary was lovely and the breakfast absolutely delicious. Local produce and loads of choice. There is an amazing panoramic view..That staff despite the language difference were helpful especially the shuttle to the down town area and waitress.. it was her first day and she was very helpful and efficient. "Love the place the little patio looking to the mountain was so relaxing. The room was so beautiful and the bathroom was nice too . Also had planty closet room. It is 15min walk to the ferry but it os a very beautiful walk. I love walking and i really enjoy it. Gaia was such so helpful to make my arriving just perfect she is the best. Everything was perfect "
