"The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."

"We stayed for two days after our cruise and other than the stairs and the teeny elevator lol the place was awesome. Very clean and quaint and the lovely lady that cleans our room also helped us with our breakfast. The restaurant outside the hotel was amazing as well. "The 2 bedroom 1077 sq. ft superior suite was huge, very clean, high ceilings and architecturally beautiful! The Spanish steps is very nice, restaurants and shops nearby. "I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...
