"One nighter for a concert, reasonable $ but showed in the upkeep and lack of food options. Mattress was horrible, tiny hard pillows, and our freaking smoke detector decided it needed the battery changed at 12:30 in the middle of the night! Feel like this is avoidable by basic upkeep and a schedule of changing out. Choices for their “hot breakfast” included waffles, some scrambled egg product and sausage. It’s a bleh from me, wouldn’t stay again"

"It should be noted somewhere that there is NO ELEVATOR!! I've had three knee surgeries, there was nothing on the 1st floor & we didn't have time to change hotels!! Also "breakfast" should be defined as basically Continental. The Desk Clerk was just as sweet as can be & was helpful."

"I encountered two staff persons at this hotel, and both were exceptional with being helpful and also so very pleasant. When we got back from the concert, many parking spaces were taken but there were still a number available, and that was close to 11 pm, so I'd say they have enough spaces in their lot. The room was fairly clean, but needs some deep cleaning in bathroom floor/floor wall corners. Looked like new bedspreads and recent paint, but towels were quite thin and some more updates are...

"Our room was right next to the kitchen. We were woken up at 6am. No warning upon check it that it could be an issue. Not a pleasant stay at all."

"The room was clean. However, whatever cleaning supplies they used were so strong that you could taste it. We couldn’t get the taste and smell out of the air even after the second night it was really tough to deal with, and they didn’t even notice and it was worse in the lobby and they didn’t notice it. I guess it was so strong. You could barely stand to be in the room for two minutes."

"We love staying at Trailhead Lodge! It has everything you could possibly need, and who doesn’t love having espresso and beers on tap in the lobby? It’s in a great location with easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to coming back!"

"We are grateful for the early check in for our overnight stay. The check in staff and process was simple. The room was updated and clean. The location was centrally located and easily accessible. The reasons I am giving 3 stars for an “okay” stay: Directly behind our room was construction the entire room vibrated as they jackhammered into the road. They should provide guests with notice and provide a discount. This is not a hotel, it’s an updated motel. For $300 a night thats a steep price...

"I love this hotel! A great place to travel with a friend as there are two areas for sleeping for those who like a bit of privacy. Alway clean and comfortable. The toiletries are nice…a beautiful lavender scent. The room also comes with good coffee and tea. (Not a pod type.) My favorite reason to stay is the staff. Always nice and always helpful. I received a much appreciated text letting me know my room was ready early. I loved that!"
