"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff.

The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "
