"From the time we were greeted by Sourab through out the entire stay was beyond incredible. Naomi was outstanding with her knowledge, kindness and any help needed. Benjamin was a great asset to maintaining breakfast, caring for the grounds and his friendliness was very welcoming. We got to also meet Melissa in the morning that was busy as a bee with all her duties. This place is remarkable and I must say the 4 people we met caring for your property are a Class A+ and truly make this place what it has become with the way guests are treated with the top notch care and respect. What a excellent team you have! The world needs more of these people to run their business. Because of them we will be returning to have a reunion for my family. It's not always the place itself you stay at but the staff who sincerely takes excellent care of the guests. Please thank them from us."
"From our check in with Brooke at the front desk to our departure with Alex at the blast front desk overall it was a great stay!
Especially the staff, super friendly and accommodating! I felt so welcome and appreciated as a guest!
Also a shout out to Dave in reservations who answered my online question right away.
Elena in hotel opposition got right too getting out TV on line and got maintenance , Sage, right up to our room to service it, Sage was the nicest maintenance I've met in a hotel setting.
Dalessa at the front desk patiently and so pleasantly answered my questions, very knowledgeable! So pleasent.
I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady in the gift shop, I loved her welcoming enthusiasm!
Martha at "Omas Kitchen" made us all feel so at home, so chipper and sweet, she never lost patience with our crazy ordering, lol.
Alex at the "Blast" front desk was very kind and welcoming! He answered all of our questions relating to my disabled husbands ability to spend time with us at the waterpark. The life guards where absolutely amazing, there interaction with the public is commendable!
I only had small complaints regarding the room and that was the air vent had dirt around it and cobwebs on the ceiling. Accommodation wise, the bathroom , toilet area was very small for a 2 room suite.
Outside if that our stay was amazing and I want to give a great big shout out to the Bavarian Inn at Frankinmuth!"
