"Le staff d'entretien parlent fort dans les corridors même tôt le matin alors que nous dormons, les portes de chambres n'ont pas de grains et claquent, vieux tapis tachés et moisissures dans les joints du bain. Mais tout etait propre et le personnel est très courtois."
