From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"We had a fantastic stay at Imperial Topaz at Richmond and would definitely recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and presented to a high standard, making it feel like a home away from home. All the amenities were excellent and everything worked as expected. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable—I was even able to play online games without any issues. The location is another big plus....

"If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself...

"The Villa was comfortable, the surroundings beautiful and the owner and staff very helpful and gracious. The ocean's view and the waves sound are peaceful and calming. I added the great housekeeper option; her food was good, and I had nothing else to do but relax. All round great experience and I will do it again!"

"Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. "Upon arrival we had a hiccup at the gate but the host Garry did an excellent job in getting us sorted out. The living space was amazing, only thing we had a problem with the lock kept sticking and gave us a hard time to open and close but apart from that 10/10. Definitely booking again for my next stay."
