Villas in Saint Ann

"Convenient location to restaurants, beach and major tourists attractions. Quiet and secure community."

"We had a fantastic stay at Cool Shade. We were two minutes away from the pool and enjoyed the backyard oasis. We definitely will be coming back!!! "

"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s...

"Beautiful, safe community and spacious property. Softer pillows would make it excellent"

"The villa was very family oriented . The pool area very clean and enjoyable. Surrounding very quiet and clean, location very nice."

"The property listing is very misleading because the pictures make it look like you're right on the beach and you're not, you're about a 10-minute drive from the beach but it's still a very nice property. I did have to deal with some bugs and some minor disrepair to the property but aside from that it was a very nice property and will definitely book again."

"The host;miss Powell was accommodating,in order to meet the needs of our check-in and check-out,and gave us a warm professional welcome. The accommodation was equipped to meet our needs in every room.I enjoyed the stay and will again ,it is recommendable. "

"The owners was reachable at any time and responded so quickly. Love their professionalism. Safe stay and great service "

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"Lack of communication was terrible Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing, that was excited was the mango tree."
