"This hotel is at the top of a hill in a medieval village. It is absolutely stunning. Visitors should note that you may have to walk a bit to get there, and there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. For example, after our airline switched our flight to a very early one, the staff arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 a.m. for the trip to the airport. There is also a restaurant on site with delicious food and amazing views."

The rooms are thoughtfully designed, blending Provençal charm with modern comfort, and the bed alone is worth writing home about. Service was warm and intuitive without being overbearing. Staff seemed to anticipate needs before I even realized them, which made the entire stay feel effortless. The pool area and spa were highlights—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring nearby Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Dining on-site was equally memorable, with fresh, flavorful dishes that reflected the region beautifully. It’s the kind of place where time slows down in the best way possible. I left feeling genuinely restored—and already planning a return."

"Unsafe and very poorly managed. Arrived after check-in to find the property not ready, then were given keys to an occupied room and walked in on other guests. Our own keys were left openly accessible with our name and room number visible. Felt extremely unsafe, especially travelling with children. Property later admitted fault but denied everything through customer support. Would not recommend."
