"Très déçu par la publicité mensongère faite sur l'application. Quand on a voulu prendre notre douche, les bidons étaient vides, la machine à café a coulé partout sur le bureau, les murs fissurés, les accompagnements pour le café, récupérés et mis dans un ziploc, photos du petit déjeuné mensongères,... Je n'ai rien contre pour me loger en dépannage d'une nuit sur la route mais que la description de l'hôtel reflète au moins un peu plus la réalité. C'est la 3è fois que je suis déçu et roulé par...

(je doute fortement que les rénovations ont débuté ce même jour à 16 h 30. Comme je n'ai pas eu la possibilité de lire l'avis d'annulation, je suis arrivée au Motel à 23 h pour me faire dire que je n'avais pas de chambre! Très très décevant!"

"We had a river view room with a beautiful view. Room was clean and comfortable. The AC unit was too loud for us to sleep, so we didn't use it. We had dinner at the restaurant. For the prices we expected the food to be better; this was the only disappointing part of our stay. Additionally, when we first arrived, we had problems with our vehicle. The girl working at the front desk let us use her battery booster and some small tools she had in her car. We appreciated that do much, as we were able...

"My family had an absolutely wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant on Friday night. We came back for dinner on Saturday night and the service was deplorable at best. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and had still not received our drinks, let alone our food. Lots of staff working but completely unorganized. We had very high expectations as dinner on Friday night was wonderful."
