"My family had an absolutely wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant on Friday night. We came back for dinner on Saturday night and the service was deplorable at best. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and had still not received our drinks, let alone our food. Lots of staff working but completely unorganized. We had very high expectations as dinner on Friday night was wonderful."

Quand on a voulu prendre notre douche, les bidons étaient vides, la machine à café a coulé partout sur le bureau, les murs fissurés, les accompagnements pour le café, récupérés et mis dans un ziploc, photos du petit déjeuné mensongères,... Je n'ai rien contre pour me loger en dépannage d'une nuit sur la route mais que la description de l'hôtel reflète au moins un peu plus la réalité. C'est la 3è fois que je suis déçu et roulé par les annonces expedia!!!!!!!!"

"Reservation did not reflect proper stay for starters. Took almost 20 mins to correct. Finally getting to room, and it left much to be desired. Opted for a room with a foldout bed for my child, and barely had enough room to fold out the bed in room. Upon finally getting it situated, the fold out had half eaten potato chips in it. Otherwise, room was ok minus the shower that sounded like a wooden boat dock ready to collapse when in it. Staff was pleasant and helpful though. Not staying here again."
