"We stayed at RIU Aquarelle, Falmouth in July 2026 as a family of 14 (ages 5–80) and had a great vacation. We've had mixed experiences with all-inclusive resorts, so we arrived with modest expectations. RIU Aquarelle pleasantly surprised us. Although it's a smaller resort, I think that's one of its strengths—it was well maintained, well organized, and consistently delivered a great experience. Highlights: ⭐ Outstanding evening entertainment. The RIU entertainment team was fantastic, and Miguel deserves a special mention for bringing incredible energy every night. 🍽️ The buffet was very good, with lots of variety. The themed restaurants were average to good. ☕ The Capuccino Café was a great addition for specialty coffees and desserts. 🎢 The water slides and splash park kept the kids and teens busy. 🏖️ Beautiful beach with soft white sand. Watch for a few coral rocks under the water—water shoes are a good idea. The sea was a little rough at times. 😊 The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. Tipping isn't required but is genuinely appreciated. 🛏️ Rooms were clean and comfortable. A couple of suggestions: Our Junior Suite had two double beds and a pull-out sofa. Two adults sharing a double bed felt cramped—queen beds would be a big improvement. Also, the three pools are side by side, so when one gets loud, it's hard to find a quieter area. Overall, excellent value and a resort we'd happily recommend to families and groups."

"Overall, we had a great time staying at iberostar. I'd definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Jamaica. Pros: 1. Amazing food!!! The food really exceeded our expectations. We tried different cuisines and we loved most of the things that we ate. There were a few items that we weren't a big fan of, but overall, I'd say it was a very positive experience. 2. Super friendly staff - we were just blown away by the staff that worked at the resort. They are so friendly, polite and very helpful and were very playful with my 17 month old daughter. 3. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cons: 1. Guests cannot visit past 6 pm! This rule caught me off guard. I had some local friends that visited me at 9 pm and they were refused entry. I had to step outside the resort and go to a local bar to meet my friends. 2. AC temp not going below 19.5°C. If you want the room to be colder, it's not going to be possible. I also noticed other sections of the resort that didn't have AC throughout the day. 3. After checking in, they would send you to the concierge. The concierge will give you some hotel credits in exchange for a timeshare presentation. You are not obligated to take that. Be polite but firm and tell them that you're not interested. Things to know: 1. They do not have plastic or paper straws(you will need to bring your own) 2. They do not let you pack your food to take it back to the room. Whatever u order at any restaurant will have to be eaten there."

"My experience at this facility was truly exceptional—it felt as though I were on a retreat. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and utterly relaxing, making it easy to unwind. I slept soundly each night, and found myself lingering well past check-out simply because the quiet environment was so rejuvenating. I stayed here while attending a conference at the nearby Montego Bay Convention Centre, which was conveniently located. One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view from my room; it was absolutely breathtaking and added a special touch to my stay. I should mention that the staff was very knowledgeable about the offerings close by the facility. I appreciate the help they provided. Well done!"
