"The apartment was immaculate. The location couldn't have been any better. Nice and warm but easily reduce heating if too Warm. Easy access ( even for 2 oldies that arnt good with technology) it was just perfect. Had a small issue regarding location ,( issue was my fault not castle apartments) rang the reservation number and the issue was sorted instantly ( the issue was my fault not Castle apartments) Id definitely stay here again it was perfect. "Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "
