"I would have liked to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I can’t. When we arrived after the published check-in time, we were informed that only one of the two rooms we had booked was ready. We were told the second room still needed to be confirmed, which was frustrating after a 10-hour drive. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse. As soon as we entered our first room, one of the children closed the sliding barn-style bathroom door, and it suddenly came off its track and fell...

"The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Pierre Trudeau Airport area is very confusing if you are not familiar with it. Lots of one way streets and the hotel is situated between overpasses, which makes getting to it rather difficult. There is nothing within walking distance with the exception of 2 other hotels. However the hotel dining room is excellent in terms of food and service. The wine is way over priced."

"I stayed in room 502. There was a stain on the floor by the door to get into the unit. I informed front desk which offered me a new room. When I went to check the new room, it felt like someone had just left from that unit because the first thing I noticed is that there was missing coffee pods so I refused to take the new room and stuck with 502. When it was time to sleep, I noticed a constant humming sound that got very annoying. The very loud A/C cancelled the humming while it was on but as...
