"No complimentary coffee in morning. Front desk not helpful. Room was mouldy and musty. Bathroom is very tiny! Elevators slow. Good location, across from bayside Miami. Also to walk the waterfront. Excellent shuttle service to port of Miami and from Port of Miami to Miami airport after cruise."

"We only had a night prior to a Norwegian Transatlantic Cruise. It was all we needed. Great location and cab from airport very prompt! Meal voucher bonus with a great little in lobby restaurant that we enjoyed and saved us heading out again after checking in. Only trouble we had was a shuttle to terminal because of messaging and used husband’s name different and so when they arrived no one knew us…partly our mistake so just a heads up get down half an hour earlier in the lobby so you hear your name. Definitely though we’d return and stay because or piece and location for the cruise. "

"Gave us the wrong key twice . Someone did not check out properly when we try to get in unit. Checkout policy was not so flexible. The unit had some dirty towels and strange smell.swimming pool floor was dirty with bird poop and pool had dead flies. "

"No housekeeping, dirty floors, non-existent bed sheets, terrible mattress and pillows, charged us for minibar consumption that we did NOT consume. Absolutely terrible, and definitely NOT a five star hotel. "

"Clean room, but found marijuana in the drawers and hair pins all over the floor. It was also very noisy for being an upper class hotel. The staff was very nice though. "

"I would have rather had a coffee pot in my room and real coffee, but everyone is different. The room was very clean and the staff was great.We needed extra blankets . They are top notch. The check in and check out easy. So closed to everything. I would stay here again !"

"I was wondering about this hotel cuz I frequently hotels almost every week these days and I decided to check them out and I got to tell you for me customer service is top of the game and they take it a level high the stuff is great though any recommendations restaurant transportation I mean they're right there and if you need something extra they will go out of their way to help yourself I'll continue staying there I like it it's quiet it's peaceful I have friends that live in the neighborhood and so my hat's off and the Oscar goes to the style and how you need the hotel it is I love it"
