"Excellente adresse : dans les hauteurs du joli village de la Bastide-Clairence (canon by night également), petites maisons de style basque bien équipées, emplacement idéal pour rayonner alentour, personnel aux petits soins, panorama sympathique. Une belle découverte hors-saison (février). Nous essaierons de revenir en été !"

"Logement bien situé au coeur de Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
Appartement propre, calme et plutôt bien équipé.
La décoration est un peu datée et le couchage sur canapé lit plutôt moyen (le lit s'affaisse).
Pour le prix la prestation reste néanmoins tout à fait correcte et le personnel de l'hôtel à été accueillant et chaleureux.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Positives -
The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"Le Personnel est très bien. Ils font avec les moyens qu'on leur donne et ils font au mieux...
La résidence est vétuste. Odeurs très désagréable des sanitaires très tenace. On a du passer du désodorisant et de la javel mais l'odeur est restée. Idem pour le coin cuisine.
Les 4 étoiles indiqué sur cette annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
S'ils avaient vendu cela comme un gîte 2 épis, je n'aurais pas commenté. Mais ce n'est pas un gîte 4 étoiles. A savoir.
Après ça, si l'on n'est pas...
