"I did not get the King Size bed room I reserved and was put in a double bed room. I was told Expedia reservations come behind direct reservations even though I made my reservation a month in advance. A loud banging sound woke us up several nights in a row. The A/C spit damp air into the room and it was musty smelling. The tub drained slowly and the tub faucet was ready to fall off.
When we tried to use the laundry there was no change available at the hotel and was told to go to the local grocery store for help.
All in all a bad experience."

"Great roadside motel. Stayed 5 nights for an event in Lakeland. Plenty of places to walk to near the hotel for food and entertainment. Felt like a very safe area. We plan on coming back. My only criticism, and it's a small one, is that the curtain over the window doesn't block out much light."

"I booked this hotel based on the value and reviews. However, I was not pleased with my stay at all.
1. Shower barely had luke warm water
2. My bed was extremely hard while the second bed was soft
3. My bed slid across the floor every time I got in or out, while the other bed was fine
4. The floor was super un even with dips and

5. The tv wasn’t connected to the internet. I tried for an hour and gave up
6. They told me to text them if I had any issues or needed anything, which I did. However, it took hours to get a response.
7. I decided to check out a day early. I went to the front desk and checked out. All he did was take my key and say you’re all set. Didn’t ask why, nothing on the computer and no paperwork. Then the next day I get a text and email reminding me to check out."
