Personnel très accueillant tant à la réception qu'au petit déjeuner. La chambre est certes petite mais fonctionnelle et propre. La nôtre se trouvait à l'arrière du bâtiment, nous n'avons pas été incommodés par les bruits de la rue. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. La facilité de parking est appréciable. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix

We needed a place last minute and this was a great option. It was a good price, easy to find and check in, not expensive and just fine. Not near any restaurants, but there was a grocery store across the street.

La nuit aurait pu être calme !
Séjour de travail sur 2 journées ( et donc une nuit sur place ) Hotel impeccable excepté un client ou autre qui a tambouriné de 23h à minuit à en hurlant une porte située probablement juste au dessous de ma chambre impactant au moins le 1/4 des occupants de l'hotel . Heureusement il a fini par se lasser vers minuit ! Sinon, les bruits du boulevard sont faibles et parfaitement supportables. Pas de chance d'être tombé un soir avec perturbateur !

Unhappy disabled customer
Overall room was great, but sadly NO Kettle and apparently none available!! Despite me explaining I am disabled with limited mobility I was given a small cup of hot water to try and carry to my room bare in mind I ad my hands full with my puppy, and being unsteady on my feet the cup was half full time I got back to my room! Next issue was I went back to reception to book breakfast and mistakenly only had 8.20€ instead of the full 8.50€ I asked if I could bring it in the morning and was told "No it's not far to your room to go back and get it," despite seeing how unstable I am on my feet I feel it's a very untrusting facility for 0.30cents, I'm sure I will think again when booking my next trip to St Malo.

Séjour agréable à Saint-Malo
Un très bon séjour à Saint-Malo ! Une équipe très accueillante. Rien à dire sur mon séjour. Juste une petite remarque : les radiateurs sont en général sous les tables de bureaux. Je pense quil vaudrait mieux les mettre en dehors des tables. Jai eu du mal à avoir accès au radiateur pour l'allumer. Nous ne pouvons pas voir le bouton du radiateur et par conséquent, nous ne pouvons pas régler correctement le chauffage.

Hôtel pratique de passage. Le minimum est present, c’est propre, personnel serviable et proche de beaucoup de commodité. Cependant, les odeurs de cigarettes qui passe à travers la fenêtre et la porte est désagréable, chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas et beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre dû à une mauvaise isolation.

Un hôtel qui n'accueille pas
En fait, je ne peux noter cet hôtel. J'avais pré-réservé avec mon épouse une chambre pour une nuit après avoir visité Saint-Malo. Heureusement que je n'avais pas payé à l'avance, car je n'ai jamais pu avoir le code pour avoir ma chambre d'hotel. Nous avons du nous rabattre sur un autre hôtel du coin qui avait des chambres disponibles. Mais nous n'étions pas tout seul. Au moins 3-4 couples étaient dans le même cas que nous. Alors quand on reçoit un mail qui dit que l'on peut être accueilli à partir de 14h, merci de vérifier vos informations. Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h, et porte close.

Nous ,m’a fille et moi n’avez pas y resté parce que le zone et mauvaise et on ne peut pas laisser aucune chose dans la voiture au raisin de voleurs.dehors l’hôtel semble comme un prison. On ne peut parler à personne parce que tout est fait par AI .Ça n’est pas facile pour moi ,qui est assez âgé (79), ma fille qui est handicapé,et nous sommes étrangers

Arrived and saw a huge sign advising not to leave items in vehicle due to security issues. Entered the room which looked just ok but hard mattress. Looked around for AC-it was 90 and I’d walked a great deal. No AC. Window? But no screens. So I’m supposed to stay in a 90 degree airless room.. The desk attendant says I can leave my window open at night. On the 2nd floor, where anyone could be. I say, “Call me a cab.” Now the attendant was nice enough and helped me. But I’d also received a text that said this hotel was not staffed 24 hours a day. So—-if you’re doing St. Malo, spend some extra cash and go to the waterfront port area, perhaps within the walls!

The room is too small and stuffy. There’s a window but I couldn’t open widely to get fresh air because it’s open to the walk way. It’s not safe to open the window. Will not return to this hotel.

Propreté des couloirs et de l'établissement en général a revoir +++ tres sale Attente de 45 minutes avant de pouvoir rejoindre notre chambre car non réception du code d'accès ! Pas de climatisation, avions l'impression d'être dans un four! Escalier qui grince ++ pour acceder a la mezzanine Il n'y a que le petit déjeuner qui etait correct...
