"Good breakfast selection and staff. Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious and well equipped and clean room and bathroom. Easy to access all highways from this hotel including the one on which hotel is located. Good food options and convenience store nearby. Good option for visiting Washington and vicinity although traffic can make for a longer drive (55 minutes instead of 30, for example) at some times."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and the area is nice and clean. However, our first morning, housekeeping woke us up at 8 in the morning and tried to come in to clean the room at that time. After that, we decided to leave the do not disturb sign on our door at all times. Despite this, a different staff member came a different morning, and came into the room saying that we had said we had issues with the TV. At no point did we have issues with the tv nor did we express this. I felt like I had to...

"Overall a good stay except for the breakfast, just an hour after breakfast time started the bacon ran out and they didn't anymore replenished so we had to just eat scrambled eggs as main food besides the usual cereal, pastries/bread."

"Plenty of parking. Felt safe area. Clean. Housekeeping comes every other day. Breakfast reasonable. Choice of hot items, usually sausage or patty and scrambled egg, hash browns and cold options, muffins, cereal, bread, yogurt, etc. Staff friendly. Would visit this location again. "

"Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."
