Pros Great staff, delicious food from restaurant and swimming club is enjoyable Cons Shuttle do not run from 11.30 until 5.30 pm, if you don’t have an appointment from previous day you have to wait 2+ hours or take uber $15 euros to airport and they have other vans on their parking lot but only 1 running. Poor breakfast no fresh coffee or juice, they offer coffee and juice machines. No shampoo or conditioner available or at their mini...

"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers. Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."
