"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers. Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."

"The location was fabulous if you are taking a flight to or from CDG. The information in the airport on how to get to the hotel was not helpful. As a matter of fact, I was sent to the wrong place by airport staff to wait for a bus that was not coming. It turns out the airport train gets you right near the hotel in no time. You do have to schlep your bags a bit from the train to the hotel. Hotel staff pointed me to the RER train right near the hotel - which went straight into downtown Paris so...

"It was a very small room Not much bigger than the bed. The room was clean. 15-minute ride to the airport which cost 30 Euro. The reason for the bad review was breakfast. THERE WAS NONE in spite of their web stating there was one. There are NO option near the hotel at all. Staff said they cancel breakfast as the bread was bad.
