Après avoir réservé un logement confort via Hôtel.com et payé la totalité du montant pour le séjour, la veille de mon arrivée, la responsable m’a annoncé qu’elle ne travaille pas avec Hôtel.com et qu’elle n’avait aucune réservation à mon nom.
