"I was given the wrong room and the room I booked was sold out so I had to get a downgraded room for my stay. The room provided was small and would not accommodate me and my family sufficiently. The curtain in the room also had a big stain on it. The guest service attendant did assist me with the closest accommodation to what I booked for the inconvenience as well as complimentary valet."
