"Good location in middle of an area bustling with people, locals and tourists. The area near the old harbor is charming and has many restaurants with outdoor seating. Our room had a twin bed with a sleeper sofa. It was priced okay but was a little small for a family of three. However we did not mind that for a one night stay. The restaurant next door is excellent and convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved Lou, she was very helpful to us and helped with our delayed luggage...

"A fairly mixed experience.
It was easy to check in and out, but other than that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. At one point I realized, by observing another guest interact with the front desk, that maybe I could’ve left my key with them when I went out, but they were almost never there when I left or came back, so not quite sure how well that would have worked anyway.
