"Less than 5 min walk from train station. Train station also leads to Disneyland. Cozy and comfortable room. Mini kitchenette is very convenient to heat up food bought from convenient stores. Convenient stores are everywhere; 3-5 min walk distance from hotel. A lot of restaurants close by too! Less than 30 min away from Tokyo station."

"Overall very satisfied with our stay. Yes this is a converted garage but it is spacious and has everything you need. It is on the outskirts but it was less than a 10 min walk from a station so you can be at any one of the major cities in no time. We had no issues and I would recommend. "

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Super clean and cozy. Sufficient space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Only suggestion would be to add a shoe shelf in the entry way as it can get crowded with shoes, which blocks toilet entrance."
