"Location was nice right on the lake. The breakfast was great. Staff at check in were good but otherwise no real contact with many. The room had an unusual set up and was difficult to access/store our bags. There was no surface or space big enough to put them (we had small bags!). The shower was in the same room as the bed. "We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely, quiet stay, good breakfast and breathtaking view! Just a heads-up, there’s no ramp at the entrance, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A/C wasn’t available during our stay either. The weather was nice for keeping the windows open, but with allergy season, it’s kind of a trade-off: either close the window and deal with the heat, or open it and deal with allergies."

"Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean.
No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly.
