"When I checked in I was told that the security deposit would be returned to me via check. I advised that I am from out of the country and needed it credited back to my credit card. They told me ok, they would not charge the card. But they did so immediately. During our stay we broke 2 of their paper-thin glasses. They then told me there were stains on the carpet. "This house is lovely if you have kids, there is an entertainment room with table tennis and darts with the pool that is why we chose the house, but the house is in a terrible condition, the owners are not keeping the house up to standard, we could not use the downstairs bathroom there is a major leak in the shower and the storage room, (I have videos but could not load them) the walls is full of damp indicating the leak have been there for a long time, the upper bathroom shower was blocked we...
