After a very bad start.. Difficulty getting electronic doors open and the host being a bit unsympathetic I eventually gained access.. The studio was very well equipped.. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower and bathroom facilities were exceptional. The only minor negative was that I could hear the building's air-con/heating system all night which was very loud. I did not mention it as I was only staying for one night
