"The associate at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. With so many local options available for breakfast, we did not buy things on property. The hotel is conveniently located near many amenities."

"On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again"

"My husband and I were in the area for a surgery and because of a reservation mishap at a different hotel we found ourselves having to make a same day reservation at Candlewood. Doug and the rest of the staff made our arrival and check in a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our special requests. The only odd things about this hotel is that it’s built a bit awkwardly with a split entrance way that made things feel cramped leading to the front desk. Also the one ice machine in the hotel...

"Pros: Location was fantastic. Close to the beach, train and short drive to Boston. Continental breakfast had a variety. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Cons: $20/day for parking. Pool was closed for construction. Did not say that anywhere on any website. Imagine my kids dissapointment when we arrive at the pool in our bathing suits and a sign says it is closed indefinitely.
