Comfort Inn & Suites Clarksville - Louisville North
10/10 Excellent
"Great property. Huge room. It was super spacious. Two TVs. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice breakfast. Highlight was Joe on the front desk who covered quite a few roles. Incredibly friendly and great to chat with. Provided us with some great tips for our drive to Nashville. A genuine credit to the company.
We're two weeks into a four week road trip and this was at the top end of properties in this price range.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."
"The rooms was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the property backed up to a wooded area so you didn't have to deal with noise and glaring neon signs. I stayed for three nights and the problems listed below didn't occur until the third day and I didn't register a complaint with the management because I didn't want to have to repack everything to move to another room for the last night. One problem was the AC was cooling but I had to keep turning the thermostat down because it was not cooling efficiently. Another problem was the microwave was not working. I didn't report it because I didn't try using it until the last nighr. Lastly, the toilet had to be repeatedly flushed each time because the water would spin around in the bowl, but not drain the waste. I did report that and was told it would be taken care of."

2/10 Terrible
"Tiffany was very pleasant and informative when we checked in. The next day, the front desk woman wasn’t as pleasant. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The sink and the floor had mold and mildew. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Water runs all over the floor out to the door of the room and the carpet because it’s a handicap accept room. Definitely not ideal but Tiffany warned us and said she’d move us the next day if possible but it wasn’t. "
