"Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!"

"Our stay was excellent. The staff service was outstanding, very friendly and they went above and beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast was very nice, offering more of a selection than other stays in/around tge Puglia region. The accomodation was very new, with everything you need. "We had a very short, but great stay. The room was new and clean. The bathroom was spacious. There was a table with chairs in front of the room to enjoy the garden. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. They set a table for us at the pool area, under a tree. Everything was so delicious. We had pastries, eggs, fruits, local cheeses, honey, jams, etc. We felt very special. It was the best breakfast we had in Puglia. Thank you Anna!"

"Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel. Wir haben uns jeden Abend auf das Zimmer gefreut. Sehr bequeme Betten, moderner Fernseher für Netflix, leise und gute Klimaanlage, eigener Kühlschrank und ein Bad mit Regendusche und zwei Waschbecken. Das Zimmer alleine ist so stilvoll eingerichtet, dass es ein richtiger Hingucker war. Aber dann geht man nach draußen und die Poollandschaft ist noch schöner!
