"Cozy, quaint hotel with real early American New England feel. Our room was at the far end from the Old Salt Restaurant so we didn't hear any noise from there. I have no idea if rooms closer to the Old Salt can hear anything from there or not. If I am ever staying in that part of New Hampshire again, I would happily stay at Lamie's again."

"Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly"

"Lovely property with character and within walking distance to the shops and downtown area. I'm a taller guy so I'd make sure you pick a room that isn't the Mary Read. The shower was tight for me being over six foot but the room was great. Gentleman who you text for checking in/information was super helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean Inn and room. Recently upgraded room. Was a little different than most places...there is no staff at the main entrance. You are given a code shortly before check in that gets you in the building and your room. There is a phone number that you can call if there is any issues. Great place and real good price considering how close it is to the main strip and ocean (within walking distance). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Loved the room and the bed. Location was amazing too. Loved to be near the ocean and the birds. And the 1950’s vibe was very well done."

"The room was exactly like the picture. Overall it was a very good experience. There’s no interactions with staff because everything is done online from checking in, paying for parking, upgrades if you decide to add and right down to checking out. No waiting in line. Many cute shops and restaurants are nearby."

"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

"We were assigned a room on the first floor because we are handicapped. Although the hotel rooms are ALL nonsmoking, the room REEKED of cigarettes. We were then moved to a very acceptable room but it was on the second floor - with no elevator. The desk clerk helped to carry our luggage upstairs. All was well until check out, when we had to carry things downstairs. "

"Overall it was clean. Bed was comfortable Downsides: abundance of outside lighting. Curtains didn’t do much. 3 TVs, one very broken. 2 remotes of which only one worked. No digital access on functioning TV."
