"Most was very good, but disappointed in that the staff allowed none ada service animals in the unit. We have run a resort in the Branson missouri area for seven years. One sign among others are barking dogs, these are not service animals. People will go to great lengths to slip emotional support animals in as service animals. Also you can ask what the animal is trained for and how long were they in school or training. We stayed here because we were told no pets allowed. We will not return , sorry"
"Absolutely loved our stay there! The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful with any questions we had or any concerns. The property was very kept up and was beautiful. We did have a slight issue with our ac in the room but maintenance was there immediately to resolve the issue! Definitely look forward to coming back!"
