"The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. "Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder...

"Rooms are large and spotless. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is your typical buffet and set us up for the day omelette station was great. We ate lunch a few times and all enjoyed it. My only gripe is the sunbeds they are so uncomfortable we all struggled to spend the day on them. You need a mat if I was to go again I’d take a camping self inflating mattress.
